What is the minimum scale for an RPO engagement?
We typically start RPO engagements at 10+ hires. For smaller volumes, our standard permanent placement service is more cost-effective. Project RPO for a specific hiring sprint can be structured from as few as 8–10 roles.
How does your RPO pricing work?
We offer two models: (1) a management fee + per-hire fee for ongoing RPO, and (2) a fixed-price project RPO for defined hiring programmes. Both are significantly cheaper than maintaining an equivalent in-house TA team.
Can you work within our existing ATS?
Yes. We work within Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Keka, Darwinbox, and most major ATS platforms. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around.
