- If a duplicate payment is made for the same service.
- For Job Seekers:
- Refunds are not applicable for job seeker premium services (e.g., profile boosts or application highlights) once the service has been activated.

- Payments made for promotional services like featured listings or ads.
- Any claim for a refund made beyond 7 calendar days of the payment date.
