Turing is seeking a talented Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team of AI professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics and decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify trends that drive strategic business decisions.
- Build end-to-end data pipelines to automate data processing and feature engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Research and implement new algorithms, tools, and technologies to enhance the company’s AI capabilities.
- Deploy machine learning models into production and monitor their performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
- Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
- Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
